I’m Tay, a Kenya-based photographer working across wildlife, luxury safari storytelling, lodge interiors, and guest experience. I create natural, immersive images that capture what it actually feels like to be on safari - the light, the atmosphere, and the small moments in between.

I photograph wildlife, lodges, and the full safari experience. From interiors and thoughtful details to guest moments and lifestyle content. I also capture more personal trips like honeymoons, vow renewals, and small weddings.

My work leans towards warm, natural tones and honest storytelling. I’m always chasing natural light, real moments, and the details people often miss. Nothing overly staged - just imagery that feels true to the experience.

I’ve been working professionally for over six years, with a camera in hand for much longer. Growing up in Kenya has given me a strong feel for the landscape, and wildlife behaviour - when to wait, when to move, and when not to blink.

I’ve also had a few of my wildlife images make it to the final rounds of photography competitions - close, but not quite winners (yet).

I’ve taught wildlife photography across all levels - from complete beginners learning how to use a camera, to more advanced photographers refining composition, light, and storytelling in the field.

I also founded and ran a photography club in a local community in Zimbabwe, where I introduced the basics of photography, led practical field sessions, and provided ongoing mentorship. The focus was on building confidence, encouraging creativity, and giving the children an opportunity to build experience to support future employment opportunities.
